Refund and Returns Policy 

At Mui The Label, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality clothing and accessories. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not fit properly. That is why we have implemented a comprehensive refund and returns policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. We cannot accept returns for swimwear. 

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at muithelabel@gmail.com. In the subject line include “ (your order number) + Return ”.  In the email, please state the reason for your return. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If everything checks out, we will refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
